Leaders dance, and dance FIRST
Here’s a Sunday sneak-peek. It’s one of several videos we’ll use to underscore a simple fact: We all “perform”/dance for one of 3 audiences: Self, others, or Jesus. We choose approval and affirmation and applause from one of the three.
OK, with which of the participants do you identify? Are you the guy with the chutzpah to dance – even if nobody else does? How about the goofy next couple of guys who decide that somebody else’s idea is a good idea? Maybe the little cluster of “early adopters” who probably did the whole “I’ll go if you go” thing. Most people are like the big group that swarms in near the end. They only join in when it seems to be what “everybody is doing.”
