The Missing Link
Maybe you’ve read or seen news coverage of a recent depressing report about religion in America. The percentage of Americans who say they have no religion has increased to over 15% since 2001.
Another poll shows that of the top 25 identifiable Christian denominations or groups, 21 are declining. And two of the “growing” groups are cults. I’ll talk more about that this Sunday, but if you want to read one of the articles, you can click … HERE.
OK, I’ll ask the obvious question: WHY?
Part (maybe quite a lot) of the answer might be found in a small bit I read by Francis Chan. PLEASE BE WARNED: Francis ALWAYS leaves my pride bloodied. He has a way of ripping away all of my facades and excuses to leave me spiritually brutalized. But I need every word of what he says. One part of what you’ll read by clicking below is this: (Perhaps) you think Jesus is a great Savior, but not a great role model.
You’ve been warned. Enter HERE at your own risk.
