Second-hand Smoke

Every now and then, I just want to direct regular readers of this blog to words that impress me. It’s been awhile, but here’s some sweet second-hand truth I intentionally inhaled. Enjoy.
- Lots of folks are cutting back because the economy remains lean. But what about an intentional strategy to simplify (=cheaper-ify) life so we can give more stuff away to those in need? Here’s a captivating take on that from Anne Jackson.
- Seth Godin isn’t a pastor; He’s a marketing maestro with several best-sellers. But he’s on my short list of oft-read blogs. He just makes sense. I love this collection of random truths from him.
- Here’s a sobering thought about anyone’s “online presence” from Mark Batterson. BTW – He’s doing a better job of doing church in a movie theater than anybody.
- Want to hear/read a very smart guy’s take on a decade of change in the church? Read this from Tim Stevens.

thank you so much for the link!
Hey Anne,
Love your blog. I’d love to introduce an aspiring writer friend to you at Unleash. She quit a real estate job to write a book, and she’s terrified. If all your time there is committed, can she email you?
Ok, I’m impressed now – I’ve checked out her blog
